25361783017 Kenmore Refrigerator - Instructions

Super easy it took no more than 5 minutes to replace the fridge door racks. Starting from opening the box when it arrived to closing the fridge door with the new racks in place. no tools needed, except a knife to open the box.

Easy peasy... took the shelf out of the fridge. Unscrewed the old rail. Screwed in the new one. Put the shelf back in. DONE!!!!

My local appliance repair shop said they would have to order the whole shelf in order to fix my problem. It was going to cost $50 and I'd have to wait 3 weeks.

Instead, I found you guys on the internet. The part cost $5 and I got in delivered in 2 days.... CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!

Simply removed screw from old rail, inserted it into new rail and connected the rail to the old shelf. A very easy fix and a money saver. Local techs wanted $75 just to come out and look at the problem. Local parts places didn't stock the part and gave an estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks with a price $12 higher than you guys. I received the part from your company well within the promised maximum 5 day delivery time - 3 days! Thanks, you have a repeat customer.

This was so easy it took longer to open the door than it did to install the rack. WOW. Nice to see something fits without messing with it. Thanks.

I cleaned off the shelf that the drawer hangs from and removed it from the fridge. I took the philips head screw from the back of the broken support rail. Put the new one on, screwed it in and replaced the shelf and drawer.

The first thing I did was to remove all the food from the shelf above the drawer. I removed the old support rail that is attached at the rear of the shelf by one phillips screw. I installed the new support and secured it. Partselect was a great place to purchase the part and they shipped the part quickly.

I unscrewed the old drawer support rail and installed the new one. The phone rep. was excellent. He listened to what I needed, looked up the parts for me, and sent me the correct parts the first time. I think the parts arrived within two days, much faster then I expected. First, remove shelf unit from refrigerator and lay glass side down on a large flat surface. Observe, then pay attention to assembly. Spent more time with this, drinking coffee, and playing with puppy, than the actual repair. Only had to remove and replace two
phillips head screws. Replace deli - meat drawer after shelf unit is in place in refrigerator. Check for clearance for door to close.

As others have noted: this is an easy repair. I spent more time clearing all of our containers of yogurt that the actually "repair."

This is a good opportunity to clean the glass shelf and so I did that after removing it. Unscrewed the back support screw, removed old rail, and installed new one. (I just used the old screw as it seemed to be in good shape).
