The rack-door part of my refrigerator broke-again

light socket burned out
snapped the wires from frig onto the proper prong and viola,it works. The proper prong is identified by the size because there are two prongs with the wires and two connecting prongs in the socket. I talked to a very helpful representative and she gave me the number for Frigidaire, when I was confused by the placement of the wire. Wish I had remembered her name to share with you. As it turned out I didn't need to call Frigidaire.

Broken blade on fan.
Used needle nose pleirs to slide the old fan off.Then slide the new fan on the spindle.The video really made this easy!

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! Door Shelf Retainer bar cracked

shattered bottom shelf (crisper shelf)
Simple drop-in. No tools. Less than one minute "repair" time. Worrying that the glass would break en route was for not; huge box with lots of peanuts and bubble wrap prevented any potential breakage. Very satisfied with price, shipment (including time), and overall "repair".

broken door shelf bracket
the bottom door shelf bracket had broken in half, i unsnapped the two halves, i ordered the replacment part from part select which had sent the part within the time frame they promised and just snapped the bracket back in place. the whole process took less then two minutes.
