The shelf bar on the bottom of the fridge door had busted off
I ordered a new bar for it and it when it got here, I just slipped it over the built-in hooks and pressed down and it was good as new!! Easy!!

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! Lowe refrigerator door shelf cracked.

starter relay stopped
watched your youtube video, which my model there was a lot of stuff in the way of getting to the start relay. in your video it was much easier as nothing was in its way, but then also the part we just had to unplug and plug in the new part. not like in the video where we had to unplugged the wires from the part. but the part was cheaper then other stores i looked at so keep the prices low and when i need another part i will return!!!

Broken Door Shelf Bin
Lifted out the broken bin, set in the new one. Less than 5 minutes. Someone had replaced the bottom shelf bin earlier with a middle shelf bin, so I was a bit confused. The phone rep was extremely helpful in finding the right part. I called the order in on friday, received and replaced it on saturday! Wonderful experience all around.

Freezer door sagging due to warped hinge
Just block the door up so it doesn't fall off, remove the two screws, replace hinge, and replace screws. My wife could have done it. Metal replacement part is much better than the original plastic that warped from day one.
