Simple! Remove and replace two screws.

Ordered replacement drawer and inserted into the drawer holder

removed the shelf, unscrewed 2 screws in each side. Removed broken glides and installed new ones in the reverse order..

Couldn't have been easier. Took around 5 minutes. All you have to do is remove 4 Phillips head screws, put on new drawer glides, put the screws back in and your done.

Originally I took the module off and found that a small plastic part had broken. Both pieces were still there, so I super glued them together and reassembled the unit. It worked great for a couple months. I realized it needed a more permanent fix, so I found the model # and looked up the part. That was very easy on your website. I ordered the part expecting it to take 4-7 days. It was at my house in two days! 15 minutes later I was makin' ice, and makin' my wife happy. Thank you for an all around great experience. I'll definitely buy from you again.

As per instructions. Removed parts from old ice maker, and installed them on new one, Then installed it in the freezer. Works good.

Installed the icemaker control assembly this corrected the problem suspect contacts on the old unit were not making a good contact over time, due to the damp area in the freezer the new unit corrected the repair easy repair.

****Make are you order Capacitor & Starter relay too (we ordered separtely so had to pay shipping twice)**** Super easy just open access panel on back near compressor and remove retention clip with fingers, remove & replace both capacitor & starter, put clip and access panel back on, plug in and allow 8 hours to cool! Works like new again! Hope it goes another 10 years

I was amazed when Fed Ex pulled up to our front door the following day after I ordered the parts, I was wondering what they were delivering and to my amazement it was the parts I had ordered from parts select the previous day , thank you so much , you are awesome. My 73 year old husband who is a 5 year cancer survivor had the part installed and we were ready to start making ice within 1 hour.He went by the installation information sent in by your customers. Loosen the screws on the sidewall (don't take them all the way out and drop them on the floor as I did) and remove the screw from the bottom bracket. Change out the electrical wires and the wire level sensor that does not come with the new unit. Put the new one in place and give it some time to cool down and make ice ( don't be impatient like I was and think the new unit was bad or that you replaced the wrong part)

Removed and disconnected the icemaker, cleaned all areas and disassembled the failed parts. Reassembled with the new parts inlcuded with the purchased package and resinstalled the unit. Started the unit and chedked for proper operation. Successful repair.

Phillips screw driver. Less than 5 min.

I did not do the repair yet, there is no schematic on how to route the hose; also no description of how to do the routing/connections.

The ice maker had quit before and I fixed it by taking it out to thaw.When it quit working the second time thawing it out didn't do the trick.The dispenser still worked so we were buying bagged ice. The dispenser lever fell apart and my wife said fix them both or "I'm calling a repairman." My in-laws recently had a bad experience with an appliance repair service and my motto is that "if it's already broke I can't hurt it anymore" Found the Parts Select site and started reading everyone instructions. During the summer,our electricity had went off several times,so I figured that the icemaker control and motor assembly was the problem. Watched the installation video,and followed the instructions. Used parts diagrams and super glue to piece dispenser lever back together. Wife is happy and we saved $
