Plastic Pin that hinges the pantry lid on snapped off
First, let me say that it only broke because a teenage house guest that didn't know how to open the lid, yanked on it.

I, the lady of the house, repaired it myself. I took out the wide pantry drawer, the two smaller drawers and 1 glass shelf, unscrewed the glider rail (2 screws), unscrewed the old panel (4 nuts). Put the glider on the new panel, screwed the new panel on, put the shelf and drawers back. No Problem. Thank you.

The refrigerator was working for just 1 minute and breaks, I discovered that the fan was not working , I understood that there wsa something wrong with the condenser fan motor. I just order a new one.
The installation video for condenser fan motor helped a lot to know how to disconnect the old fan motor and connect the new one. So easy just know how to remove and put back the fan gently, observe carefully where is the center and the connector position; 15 min after everything was done and the unit works well to date.

Water pooling on the floor.
This problem is caused by a "Duckbill" rubber grommet attached to the bottom drain tube of the freezer. This duckbill opens up during the defrost cycle and allows water to drain down the "water slide" to the evaporator pan. It doesn't take much to gum the Duckbill. Once gummed up the defrost water is trapped. The Defrost Cycle eventually makes the water flow out of the coil area to the bottom of the freezer then eventually to the floor. The repair involves unplugging the unit, removing the bottom back cover with a 1/4 nut driver, pop the power clip out to give you room, reach in and pull the duckbill grommet and the water slide, then installing this replacement drain kit. This is a p trap replacement that actually fixes the root cause of this problem. A tricky part is removing the water slide, you can see the white snap that holds the slide in place. Using a small flat blade from the top releases the snap and the unit is pulled upward rather easily. This replacement drain clip snaps in the same place. If I had to do this again it wouldn't take more than two minutes to replace. Oh, one major thing, you need to manually defrost the unit. I pulled the front door off, it is held with 4 screws ... don't remove them just loosen them and it pops off easily. I pulled the bottom tray out an it gave me room to squirt hot water with a baster into the back freezer area. Eventually everything thawed out. If I had it to do over I would have waited on connecting the tube to the evaporator pan and placed the bottom of the tube into a small sauce pan or something to collect the drain water and easily dump it into the sink. I used a sponge and that took forever. BTW, just to reiterate, use this item and not that Duck Bill for replacement, this actually fixes the root cause of this problem!

Small pantry lid moves on 2 small hooks. one broke
The hook is part of the end cap so I replaced the end cap. The drawers and glass top came out easy. At that point the end cap was removed. It is held in place by 3 screws. Very simple job.

The hinge for the drawer cover broke
First my wife removed the food and the drawer from the unit. She then removed the screws and nuts securing the unit. The end cap was then removed and the new end cap placed. The temperature linkage and knob were reconnected and all screws and nuts tightened. Last the drawer was slid bback in and the drawer cover was hooked back to the brackets.

Brand new refrigerator door switch for the light broke
The part needed was not available to me so I had to request a service call ... the service tech came out after a week long wait and did not have the switch ... he had to order it which added another 2 week delay to this very simple repair.

End cap pin broke, required replacement of end cap
Following the excellent schematic on your site, I disassembled the RH drawer hardware and removed the damaged end cap, installed the new end cap, and re-assembled the drawer hardware.
The replacement part was delivered before I expected it and the schematic was accurate and very helpful. Well done, PartSelect, thanks.

The referigerator is warm, but the freezer is cold.
I noticed the coils very dusty dirty, tried brushing it clean, ended up blowing it clean. I noticed the condenser fan motor was never turning, I had power, so I ordered a new one. I actual received the evaporator motor, so I had to order the correct one. After changing it, and it started blowing right away. But my refrigerator is still warm. I do not know where the evaporator blower motor is located. I cannot make out from the diagram breakdown. HELP

End cap on the RH pantry drawer snapped off
Remove the crisper drawers and the glass shelf to give yourself plently of room to maneuver.
The repair was simple, but the part did not include new screws which would have been helpful since one of the screws was stripped. The pantry lid still doesn't fit as well as we'd like which may be a result of one of the screws not holding tight.

Broken knob that the draw cover attaches to
Couldn't have been easier. The missus dropped a cabbage on the draw cover, that broke off the knob that holds the drawer cover in place. Doh, this is a fairly new fridge and having to live with a drawer, missing the cover, just didn't work for me. I went on line and found parts select. Withing 10 mins the part I needed was on order, 3 days later I had the part and 15 minutes after that it was installed and the fridge was back together. Couldn't have gone better!
