center crisper rail snapped in two

It was so simple! Removed the glass shelf that sits atop the vegetable bins, inserted the center crisper rail, put the glass shelf back on top of it and replaced the vegetable bins. I loved that I didn't have to bother my husband to do it! Very happy at how fast the part came after I ordered it.

center crisper rail broken

remove crisper baskets. Remove glass shelf above baskets. remove broken rail note front and back end of rail. Place new rail with same orientation as old rail. Very easy repair.

Replace center rail of crisper drawers

Lift the glass shelf up, slip center rail in place, lower shelf. Time 1 minute.It takes more time to remove everything on the shelf than to replace the part.

Broken Crisper Rail

Clean off the glass shelf, remove drawers and shelf, pop in replacement rail, put everything back in fridge. Replacing the part is the easy part, what I would like to know is why this is the second one I have had to buy this year. There must be a problem with the replacement parts that they break so easily. This time, I bought 2, so that i have a spare - fortunately, the price is reasonable.

Center crisper rail broke, so repaired it.

Removed the drawers and shelf with glass t.op and center rail, installed new one (popped out and popped new one in). Took all of 5 minutes. Easy to order on line. Should use usps for shipping it is cheaper.

We had a broken center crisper rail in our Maytag Refrigerator

Followed the instructions on the website. Removed glass shelf, installed rail and replaced salad crisper bins and glass shelf. Less than 5 minutes!

Screws Holding Slide broke out of plastic

This probably occurred due to overloading of the drawer, or trying to close an overstuffed drawer that put vertical torque on the front screw as the drawer was pushed shut by a 10 yr old boy!------------------------------------------(I hate it when these forms won't let you start a new line!) Ordered the part, it came in 3 days later, took longer to unload food from shelf above than to install slide. Used a hand clamp and a second small Phillips bit to align second hole while I installed screw in first hole. Then put in the second screw. total install time (not including washing all shelves since we had one out anyway... thanks honey!) less than 2 minutes.

Plastic on glide support was cracked

Removed two screws, replaced slide, put same two screws back in. Install drawer back in fridge. As my daughter would say, "Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy."

Center Crisper Rail Broke

Removed the two drawers and shelve. Inserted the new crisper rail. Replaced the two drawers and put the shelve back in. Took maybe 10 minutes. Did not need any tools.

I removed the glass on top of the Crisper and replaced the Rail and then replaced the glass. Done

rail that is the glide for the crisper drawers broke

I was so happy to find that i could order the part online and not have to call a repairman and pay for a service call. The prat shipped in one day! It was very easy to install. Only tip i will give is, make sure you put it in the right direction. If placed in wrong the drawers won't open.
