Disconnect the power. To install the Defrost timer which is located inside the console at the top of the fridge I followed a YouTube video. It is very easy. Keep in mind that the Defrost timer comes settled in defrost mode so the compressor will not start after the power is reconnected.There is a hole in the console just behind the Defrost timer where you engaged it with a flat driver and rotate the clock until the compresor start. Now the compressor works for 6 hours and stop for 20 minutes for the defrosting cicle. The freezer now is freezing the meat!!

Ordered the Capacitor and the Thermostat Control. Parts were received in a matter of a few days, easy to install, but did not fix the problem. Had to call a repairman to fix the problem (compressor relay - this part not available to order for this model number with Parts Select). Will continue to use Parts Select in the future for other parts, but not happy that the actual part I needed was not available - had to use other methods.

Came across your site and upon checking site out, I ordered the above parts. Repair was easy, thanks to your tutorial. Did not fix problem, so I posed a question to your site and it was recommended I replace the evap fan. I ordered that part. Thank goodness for next day shipping.
That repair was easy as well, thanks to feedback from one of your other customers who had a similar issue. That repair did fix the problem.

Super easy. I watch the short video and did the same. (Removal) I started by emptying the two drawers of produce. Then pulled the draws out and set them aside. Then simply lifted the cover and pulled it straight out. (New Installation) Insert the new cover to the back of the frig and dropped it in place and replace the two draws into the hanging tracks and push them in. Done

Just slid it in. Fit perfectly. Called the Help Line just to double check that the pan would fit and they assured me it would. Pan cost $20 less than through the Sears site because of lower price, lower shipping and no taxes. Oh, and the pan came in just two days. Very happy.

Simple replacement. One screw to be tightened

The parts for repair were delivered quickly and they were easy to install. The Door Rack just snaps into place and the Drawer Support Rail only required tightening one screw after install. All the parts arrived in perfect condition and now my refrigerator is back to being as good as new.

removed top shelf from refrigerator, and placed it upside down on counter. removed 1 screw from old track and track was out. put new track in place, put in screw and replaced shelf

cleared all food items from shelf......took shelf out of refrigerator.....unscrewed one screw from broken rail.......screwed in new rail and replaced shelf and food items.......simple!

Unscrewed screw from back of shelf pulled broken part out of slot it holds in and replaced with new one screwed the piece back in place.

Ordered part easily with modal number ( they tell you where to find it). Received quickly and snapped paper in. They also had a video instruction. Will definitely use again!

Removed shelf from frig. Removed screw of broken rail. Replaced with new rail with screw. Very easy.

Refrigerator door racks broken.
Removed old ones and replaced with new door racks. Just snap on.

The repair was very easy just popped the new one in place.
