Refrigerator was to warm, about 50 degrees. Freezer working fine.
Came across your site and upon checking site out, I ordered the above parts. Repair was easy, thanks to your tutorial. Did not fix problem, so I posed a question to your site and it was recommended I replace the evap fan. I ordered that part. Thank goodness for next day shipping.
That repair was easy as well, thanks to feedback from one of your other customers who had a similar issue. That repair did fix the problem.

the refrig was in storage for about a year, the freezer door warped
removed freezer door and installed the new one. This was a pretty easy thing to do, although putting the old handle on the new door was a challenge. No knowing that there is a plastic piece holding the top of the handle i broke the that piece and had to order another one. Mean while the freezer was making alot of frost inside, so that had to be cleaned after the new part came.

Broken meat pan on Kenmore refrig
Just slid it in. Fit perfectly. Called the Help Line just to double check that the pan would fit and they assured me it would. Pan cost $20 less than through the Sears site because of lower price, lower shipping and no taxes. Oh, and the pan came in just two days. Very happy.

first fresh food too hot, then freezer too hot
Based on the website I decided it was most probably the defrost timer, and that was correct. I ordered it, watched the video, and two days later the part was at my door. Took the nut driver, removed 4 screws, then removed the old defrost timer, installed the new one, re-installed the whole plastic assembly with the four screws, and done!!! Couldn't have been easier.

The refrigerator wasn't getting cold the freezer was getting to cold
Followed the installation instruction for both parts now both the freezer and refrigerator are getting cold

the freezer would stick in defrost and not come out
Removed the vent cover at the bottom. Removed the screws. disconected the harnes and put the new timer in. This was a very easy fix. Thank You!

Frost in freezer, fridge not cold
From most posts I've read, the defrost timer was the culprit so I blindly ordered one. Easy install but did not fix the problem so I broke out the ohm meter. The only other 2 items it could be all tested good with my meter so I bypassed the defrost thermostat (per forum help...actually quite easy)and it defrosted fine, which told me I needed a new defrost thermostat. Installed fairly easy and problem gone.

Crisper Pan Cover was cracked in two places
Super easy. I watch the short video and did the same. (Removal) I started by emptying the two drawers of produce. Then pulled the draws out and set them aside. Then simply lifted the cover and pulled it straight out. (New Installation) Insert the new cover to the back of the frig and dropped it in place and replace the two draws into the hanging tracks and push them in. Done

Fan motor in the freezer was not working. The freezer was still cool enough to keep the food froozen, but the refrigerator was not keeping the food cool and the liquids were getting warmer than normal.
Very easy process. Watch the YouTube video, it goes step by step for the repair. The part was $33, shipping was $6. Take your time and fix it yourself or pay $500 for a new refrigerator.

replace meat drawer support
Removed glass shelf and frame. Unscrewed support from frame,replace with new support and screwed it into the frame, attach drawer and replace shelf in fridge .

Door switch was no longer making my light go on when door opened
I used the youtube you provided. It was pretty straight forward, but I had to make a trip to the hardware store for a bit (hex wrench) to remove the hex bolt head style screws. I was only expecting to need phillips or flathead. I managed to remove one with a set of pliers, and the brought that example to the store for size reference when buying the bit to fit my black and decker drill. The rest was easy.
