The unit would run fine, cool to set temp. then warm up and not restart. Used your trouble shooter and it recomended replacing the capacitor.
Replaced the capacitor per your video. Tested and the problem persisted. Next replaced the thermostat per your video. Tested and the unit functions properly. The challenge was the connector locations on the new thermostat were different than the original. Front and back instead of top and bottom. I could not find an answer for wire installation. So I guessed and placed the double red wires on the spade closest to the door and the single orange wire on the rear spade. It worked this way and I did not try it the other way. Fridge is working and my wife is happy. Regards, Ricky

compressor clicks on for about 5 seconds and then shuts off, evaporator fan is running but no cooling in the fridge.
Disconnect power. Remove back panel on the refrigerator. Relay and overload is a modular unit attached to the compressor. Disconnect module from compressor, install new unit. While you're in there clean the condenser coils with a vacuum and clean the fan and condensate pan. Reassemble, and you're chillin. Total time approx. 15 min.

freezer and refrigerator compartments not cold enough
Used the suggested problem list here to narrow down that the repair was most likely the run capacitor. Poped the new one in and I now have better control of my compartment ranges. I have a temperature gauge in each compartment. Check them every opening of the doors.

Frig did not turn off (stay running all the time) but originally did not run until I wiggled the temp nob
Just followed the Video I found on your site. Seems to work good now, took awhile to get temp setting correct (had to set it a little colder about half way between the "b" and "c" setting).

Broken support on lower drawer shelf.
Important: Do not twist broken stud to remove if possible, just pull with the pliers straight out. I twisted it and made the hole larger. Even so, I just used Gorilla Epoxy glue to secure the new one (follow directions on the package) and it's fixed. It's been a couple days and still looks secure. Thanks for the quick delivery.
