Freezer Kept defrosting
I looked at the video that came with the part and followed what i saw. My wife and i was about to go out and spend between $1500 and $2500 on a new refrigerator due to continuous defrosting. It had been happening for about a year. I followed the instructions from the video and the defrosting has stopped. Thanks so much for the video and the part! We do not need a new refrigerator after all.

Very nosiy fa
I removed the ice marker first and took the back panel off using a nut driver. Be careful I had wires tied to the back panel, so I moved it like opening a door, right to left. The I removed the fan motor. Be careful not to damage the fan blades. I took the fan blades off and the dust cover. The dust cover was very tight. I had to use a very small screw driver to get it off. When I put the dust cover on the new motor I did not push it down tight. I turned the spindle of the new motor to make sure it turned. The put everything back. Turned it on and it worked. I put the ice marker on last. Take a note of how far the fan blades are on the spindle. The refrigerator now turns off more often.

Fan and housing cannot be removed together.
On partselects video the gentleman removes the fan and housing in one piece. This is a great idea but does not work on this brand of ge. I removed the fan housing screw as instructed but left it in place and swiveled it enough to access the retaining screws with a socket driver. Over all swap of the fan was seamless and the video is a gem. Andy

Refrigerator and Freezer were not staying cold. Condensor was completley iced up.
Emptied Freezer (to get access to panel covering condensor coils and Defrost Thermostat). Pulled off cover panesl. Had to wait for ice to clear from condensor. Replaced Defrost Thermostat (5 min job), replaced panels and was back in business.

Unusual noise from freezer.
Replaced above parts and the noise problem was not resolved. Ordered a new motor, fan blade and another set of grommets from PartSelect. The parts were delivered the next day. Took me about 15 minutes to swap the new parts in. It's been 3 days since the repair and the noise has not returned.

Rat chewed up fan blades in refrigerator at our camp.
We just pried off the fan blades and pushed on the new part. Could not have been easier. The rat has been permanently dipatched and, hopefully, that is that.

Center track for drawers had to be replaced
It was very tricky getting the old piece out, even though it was partially broken... I ended up snapping the old piece to remove it. Trying to install the new track with the glass shelf above was not working at all, but once I removed the glass shelf above it, the new piece went in pretty easily. With the glass shelf out, I could angle the track upward to get it into position. In retrospect, I should have removed the glass shelf from the start... it would have made removal of the old piece much easier.

the fan motor wouldn't run and the refrigerator wouldn't cycle.
Unplugged refrigerator and removed rear cover. Removed the two attaching cap screws from the mounting bracket. Removed fan blade by sliding it off the shaft, disconnected wiring plug and removed the motor. Removed the rubber grommets from the old motor and installed on the new unit. Set the new unit in place and reinstall the fan blade, mounting bracket and screw into place. Reconnect the wiring harness. To replace the relay, simply remove the wire clip from the relay cover, slide the relay off the connecting pins on the compressor and disconnect the wires. Slide the new relay into place, reconnect the wires and replace the cover.

broken slide drawer track
Took out shelf, unscrewed old track, screwed on new track. Only thing is not a standard flat or Phillips screw head so if you don't have a star head bit, you are out of luck.
