Frost build up on coils
Removed shelves and light bulb. Undid the two screws on the back panel with nut driver. Snipped the two wire leads to the defrost thermostat. ( orange and pink wires) Carefully removed the defrost thermostat from the coil. Stripped both ends of the wire leads about a half inch and onnected with two wire nuts. Then wrapped with electrical tape to seal from moisture. Carefully attached defrost thermostat to coil. Screwed the back panel back on. Reinstalled light bulb and shelves. And plugged refrigerator back in. Works like a charm. Saved close to 100.00 dollars doing repair myself.

Broken cam/thimble causing fresh food door to bind and fail to close easily.
Remove the phillips screw that secures the plastic cap covering the top hinge. Then remove the two screws holding the top hinge & removed the top hinge. Lift the door off of the bottom hinge and remove the screw holding the broken cam/thimble. With a pair of pliers remove the cam/thimble and insert the new one. Install the screw into the cam/thimble and tighten. Place door back on the bottom hinge and line up the top hinge and insert the screws back in the top hinge. Adjust the bolt on the bottom hinge if necessary to level the door to match the freezer door. Then finish tightening the top hinge screws and replace the plastic cap and install the screw that secures it.

switch wouldn't come out anymore and turn light on
Gently pry out switch in door jam with screwdriver and pull both connectors off and put connectors on new switch then push switch back into the hole. Looked it up on the internet and video showed how to and also had link to new part, ordered and less than a week later the fridge is bright again. I have an older freezer also and it seems that they all use the same switches. Very Very easy

Freezer was Frosting up and fresh food was too cold
I watched the videos before I received my parts. I thawed the freezer out, removed the panel in the back. Cut the wires to the defrost thermostat and spliced the new one on with wire nuts and tape. Then I did the same for the temp. sensor. Put it all back together. Now the freezer isn't running all the time. I set the temperatures back to normal and it seams to be fine.

My fridge was colder than my freezer
I can't tell you how luck I feel after finding your website I ordered the temperature sensor after watching one of your videos on-line and the repair went just as on the video. I pulled the "bad" sensor out, and replaced it with the new one. Keep in mind that this is the first time I ever touch an appliance, needless to say I'm feeling pretty good about that! All in all it took me about 20 minutes to complete my repair and it now has been about 4 days and the refrigerator is working like new again!

Will not Defrost
The replacement went very well. The video was not just as the unit I have but with a little work I worked it out. The service was very good. I received the part in 1 Day. Thanks for the good info. Keep up the good work regarding the videos. This helped. Just for the info. I did a post mortem of the switch. The strain of the wires pulling on the switch caused the failure of the switch. The design of the old temp switch was bad and workmanship was very poor in the original box. Thanks again Ron
