a can of biscuits exploded and broke the side off my diary door
I lifted the dairy bin up and out. From the top, I inserted the right peg of the new dairy door in place, then gently pushed out on the left side of the bin and down on the left side of the door until the left peg of the door popped into place. Put the repaired dairy bin back at the top of the refrigerator door and pushed it down into place.

Fridge light dead even with new bulb
1- youtubed the potential diagnoses, 2- resourced and ordered parts, 3- removed old socket, installed new one :-)... My fridge is an older fridge and could've used a screwdriver for eyeglasses. Plug and play easy... YAY!

Runner on old drawer broken
Received new drawer, washed same, removed old drawer and transferred items to new drawer, THEN with out further ado reinstalled same!!! Wa La all finished.

I just wanted an extra door shelf
My need for a part wasn't about an appliance repair, it was about making my GE frig work better for my particular needs. There is a lot of wasted space in the 2 door (French door?) model, at least for me anyway, and so when I discovered your company, online, just by googling, I jumped at the opportunity to buy an extra shelf to use the space more effectively. I was surprised. Package came quickly and installing it took a mere minute. I should have done this years ago! I am one happy camper. Excellent service, excellent quality shelf. Plastic piece on top where the screws are broken
I placed the flipper,assembly against the refrigerator door and screwed in one screw on the top to hold it in place the bottom had a plug in l plugged it in and tucked it into the open slot I then in screwed in the screw at the bottom and then the 2nd screw up top and then 2nd screw on the bottom I then tightened all 4 screws

bulb out
I ordered the part, within two days we had received it. My husband put the part in and I really don't know what he used doing so. All I know is that the light works now and we don't have to use the flashlight. Thanks a lot.

My light in the refrigerator was going on and off.
I unplugged the refrigerator. Pressed the tab near the light bulb. Unplugged the socket and reconnected it.

Short in the light socket.
Un Plugged the frig. Unlocked the socket by pressing down on the latch. Pulled the socket out ensuring I had enough slack. Unplugged the old socket installed the new. Plugged the frig back in. Tested the switch . Very easy-to-use.

socket had melted
pluged the wire harness into the new socket from the back and snaped the socket in place.

Light socket missing in refrigerator
Frig parts had been scavenged in an apartment complex. Restoring socket was only a matter of plugging in two spade contacts and clipping in socket.

The old veg. pan was chipping along the track and was difficult to get in and out
The new pan arrived within two days, but, als, it was cracked also. I called immediately and with no fuss I was promised another pan. It arrived in perfect condition the next day. Count me as a satisfied customer.

light would not stay on
First I flipped breaker to off position for refigerator, Pulled down on socket and broke it free. Then took needle nose piars to pull wire and plug out from hole, so I could conect to new light socket then snaped it in place . Hardest part was getting wire and plug out of hole.

The two drawers were hard to pull out so we broke the plastic on the runners.
The replacement drawers went in very easily and we are so pleased.
