failed light switch
I started removing the switch by prying on the right side with a screwdriver, when it emerged enough I used pliers to finish removing it. I then unpluged rhe wires from the bad switch and pluged them on the new switch and "poped" it into the hole.

Connected the 2 wires and pushed in the switch until it clicked.

Both the fridge aqnd freezer would not get cold.

switch wouldn't come out anymore and turn light on
Gently pry out switch in door jam with screwdriver and pull both connectors off and put connectors on new switch then push switch back into the hole. Looked it up on the internet and video showed how to and also had link to new part, ordered and less than a week later the fridge is bright again. I have an older freezer also and it seems that they all use the same switches. Very Very easy

fan and compressor wont start
Googled the model number of refrigerator with symptoms of "refrigerator wont run". Parts select web site appeared on my screen, opened Parts Select website, Partselect said probable cause of my frige symptom was that the run capacitor usually burns out 51% of the time. They were correct with the diagnosis 100%. I ordered the run capacitor for $23.00, installed it in 10 minutes, refrigerator runs good as new. Thank you for saving me cost of service call. I probably saved $200 or more. I will use Partselect again with my next problem. THANK YOU,

Frame broke
I was so surprised when I went on line put in the model number the item came up so quickly, price was cheap I order the same day less than 2 days it arrived. Love the site will use for many things moving forward, service was quick and easy it took me less than 5 minutes total to find site and order product. In my rental house, something had happened to one of the freezer shelves by the previous tenants. It left only one shelf to use so I ordered a freezer door shelf which is basically a bar to hold things on the molded shelf. Without it, the shelf was unusable.
All I had to do was snap in the shelf. Done! Now the tenants have an extra shelf to use in the freezer.

Missing freezer shelf/wanted extra shelf for bottom
Easy. Unpacked the two shelves and installed them. No brainer. The speed of delivery however was exceptional. It seemed as if the order arrived here right after I submitted it! Really unbelievable! Keep up the good work!

The Door Fixed Shelf-White Was Broken In Half
When the new one came in, I just opened the refrigerator's door and plugged (put)it into place and slid down to lock it in place. That's it. The order situation was more frustrated than the installations part.

Shelf Broke in half

loud screeching noise when running
Very easy repair. simply unplugged motor, pulled of old fan, and removed two 5/16 screws, replace motor, and installed new one. tested and replace back cover.
