Ice machine bucket and ice dispenser auger had broken
On the Part Select site, I did not get an exact match on the model number of my refrigerator. Called the 800 number on a Sunday. Girl I spoke to was very helpful. She did a little research and confirmed that the part I saw on line would work with my model refrigerator. Part arrived in two days even though I picked standard shipping. Took old ice machine part out. Slid in the new one and my ice machine was back in business. Would definitely use and highly recommend PartSelect.

Plastic ice feeder on auger was broken in two places and the ice would jam, resulting in no ice coming out.
Replaced the complete Auger and Ice Bucket Assembly. The auger was not shaped on the end that fits into the slot in the icemaker exactly like the one it replaced, so I had to make a small adjustment in that end using a vise and pliers, otherwise it was very difficult to insert. It has helped but still requires some jiggleing to get it to slip in.
