Missing freezer shelf/wanted extra shelf for bottom
Easy. Unpacked the two shelves and installed them. No brainer. The speed of delivery however was exceptional. It seemed as if the order arrived here right after I submitted it! Really unbelievable! Keep up the good work!

The bottom part of fidge was warm with water droplets on the its ceiling.
Removed Ice shelf,
Remove rectangle cover by removing the two screws and lifting straight up.
Pulled fan off slowly.
Removed two hex screws holding motor bracket.
Remove cover.
Remove two hex screws holding remaining bracket from fridge.
Pull wire off motor noting where they were plugged in.
Pull apart brackets holding motor and remove motor noting how the motor and brackets fit together.
Reverse to install.
Remove rectangle cover by removing the two screws and lifting straight up.
Pulled fan off slowly.
Removed two hex screws holding motor bracket.
Remove cover.
Remove two hex screws holding remaining bracket from fridge.
Pull wire off motor noting where they were plugged in.
Pull apart brackets holding motor and remove motor noting how the motor and brackets fit together.
Reverse to install.

not cooling
refrigerator was not cooling. with new fan the refrigerator is working so well I had to turn it down to "1" to get the temerature right.
