Light burnt out.
Turned the wire protector to the side. Turned out the old bulb and replaced it with the new. Turned the wire protector back in place and I'm like new.

Light would stay on when door closed
Extremely easy repair, the hardest part was getting the old switch out. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to squeeze the tabs in and it came right out.

Broke the fan blade when replacing the Evaporator motor
Took cover off, pushed blade on, and replaced cover

Freezer working but fridge not cooling.
Totally followed the instructions of the video that came with the sensor. Unplugged the the fridge, defrosted the freezer. Cut off the main sensor that usually is the one that goes out. Installed the the new sensor with new wire terminals, crimped them and covered with electrical tape. Fridge works like a charm. Partsselect is excellent. Saved me a few hundred dollars versus having a GE Tech come and do it.

Slow water flow from water dispenser.
Took out the MFW filter.
Screwed in the MFW bypass.
Dispensed several gallons of water.
Saw good flow of water.
Removed MFW bypass.
Replaced MFW filter.
Our water flow was back to normal.

Turned the old filter loose, removed the adapter from it, put the adapter on the new filter and turned the new filter back into place.

The glass cover for our vegetable pan broke.
So we ordered a replacement "PS2577898 GLASS COVER Vegetable PAN" and they sent us the wrong part. It sort of fits over the vegetable drawers, but our GE Fridge model has curved sides and these guys sent us a glass cover that is a perfect rectangle, which sticks out above the grooves where it's supposed to go. After a month of waiting, though, we just didn't care anymore and decided to use the part that arrived. Asking for the correct replacement may take us into 2021...

Water flow from in-door dispenser was a trickle
We didn't think the dispenser problem was related to the filter - we were wrong! It took less than two minutes, including opening the box and unwrapping the filter. I'll definitely be changing my filter more often - and buying it through PartSelect. Your ordering was so easy and delivery was unbelievably fast!

The door activated light switch was missing.
Pulled the two wires out from the access hole in the lower part of the refrigerator. Put them in the spade connectors on the new switch, and pushed the switch into place.
