Fan became noisy
First unplug freezer and empty contents, then remove the screws from the air deflector, carefully remove styrafoam air deflector block then remove back panel for easy access. Fan will be easy to switch out from there. I highly recommend the You Tube video which is where I got my basic instructions.

No instructions came with the item. Needed screwdriver and Hex-L Key
Used my Philips Screwdriver for 5 of the 6 screws. But Hex-L key I bought was metric and did not work. Had to get somebody with necessary tool to finish the job. So instructions should have been in the box. Otherwise I was very satisfied.
