I lifted the dairy bin up and out. From the top, I inserted the right peg of the new dairy door in place, then gently pushed out on the left side of the bin and down on the left side of the door until the left peg of the door popped into place. Put the repaired dairy bin back at the top of the refrigerator door and pushed it down into place.

Received new drawer, washed same, removed old drawer and transferred items to new drawer, THEN with out further ado reinstalled same!!! Wa La all finished.

My need for a part wasn't about an appliance repair, it was about making my GE frig work better for my particular needs. There is a lot of wasted space in the 2 door (French door?) model, at least for me anyway, and so when I discovered your company, online, just by googling, I jumped at the opportunity to buy an extra shelf to use the space more effectively. Simply unscrewed four screws, discarded the old part and replaced the new with the four screws. Very easy and quick.

Removed ice bucket, and unplugged ice maker. Removed light cover. Removed ice maker. Pulled fan blades straight up and removed. Pushed new blades on to motor shaft. Fairly easy .

I removed the pan with the gliders attached. I used a socket set to remove the broken glider from the pan. Then, I put the new glider on and tightened the socket and put the whole apparatus back in the refrigerator. I am a 75 year old woman and had no trouble doing this myself.

Replacement was easy. Once new board was installed I let run 24 hours and the compressor would not cycle off. Unplugged for 5 minutes then plugged back in to reset. Operates correctly now.

My husband took out the old icemaker in about 5 minutes. The new icemaker was a perfect fit even though the refrigerator was >10yrs old. The only difficult part was the plug extension that was needed so that it would fit into an older appliance. The part was included, it just made the cord about 3 inches longer than it needed to. After working with it for about 20 minutes we were able to fit it on the back side of the icemaker. Now it works great!!

Removed screws on broken mullion at top and bottom. Save screws; you’ll need them. Disposed of broken mullion panel. The wires from plug had severed and were dangling at the bottom. Removed the plug inside small opening at bottom of door using needle nose pliers . Held new mullion up to left door, lining up screw holes at top. Screwed in top screw first. Pulled female part of plug out of small opening; removed male plug. Inserted new plug located on mullion in and pushed plug back into small opening. Installed one screw at bottom. The second screw at bottom wouldn’t line up so didn’t use. Installed second screw at top. The new mullion panel functions perfectly, seals well, and works great!

I followed your video and completely dismantled the refrigerator evaporator motor, fan, brackets, and grommet, I completely cleaned the refrigerator including the cooling coils. I then ordered the evaporator motor ,fan, grommets, lid bumper, and brackets. The order would take a week to arrive. In the meantime I cleaned and reassembled all the old parts, waiting for the new ones to come. Guess what! The refrigerator was quiet as a mouse. I really did not need the new parts, but I kept them anyway just for good luck. Not bad for a refrigerator that's twenty four years old.

Easy

Took out the MFW filter.
Screwed in the MFW bypass.
Dispensed several gallons of water.
Saw good flow of water.
Removed MFW bypass.
Replaced MFW filter.
Our water flow was back to normal.

First i removed two screws that holds the ice maker in, unplug the plug to the ice maker. I was able to remove the old one. Place the new one in screwed in the two screws and pluged in the plug and in just a little while i had ice again. I am a women, if i can do it any one can. I had a repair man tell me it was going to be $250.00 dollars to replace it. I got on line ordered the ice maker and had it in 4 days. Very fast shipping and easy to install. We didn't think the dispenser problem was related to the filter - we were wrong! It took less than two minutes, including opening the box and unwrapping the filter.
