gasket was not easily fitted
I did not do the repair but observed a friend trying to replace gasket in refrigerator. It was a very difficult procedure. He works as a handyman so he knew what he was doing and had to manually fit gasket with some help with a hammer. Gasket did not go in easy and had to be forced to fit until job completed/

Replace the door gasket on the freezer door of my top-freezer refrigerator
Removed the door by removing the two screws holding it on. Do not try to do this repair with the door attached. Easily removed the old gasket. Getting the new one on the door was EXTREMELY difficult. I couldn't do it. After 90 minutes, I gave up and called my appliance repairman. When he arrived, he and I worked together to get the new gasket on the door. It took 2 sets of hands to do this. It still took us about 40 minutes. My repairman had a few choice words about the design of the system holding the gasket on the door. Ditto for me. So the cost of my repair was doubled because I had to pay the repairman to help me attach the new gasket. I should have just bought a new fridge.

Fridge never cuts off.freeze everything inside of fridge.
To remove the temp sensor.2 Phillip head screws not remove the cover inside fridge .the temp control knob cover.removed that and unplugged switch.installed new switch.reinstalled cover.

Old cover was cracked and needed replaced
The repair only required removing nthe old cover and installing the new one. What I was really surprised about is the time for delevery. I ordered the part on Friday morning around 11 AM and it was delevered by Fed Ex at 8:30 AM on Saturday morning. I am not sure how many locations they have, but this must have been close to Harrisburg, Pa.

Condensor fan blade cracked, blade was sheared off.
First, remove the cardboard cover on the back, lower portion of the refrigerator.
Next, locate the condensor fan motor assembly and blade. (Right side as you are facing)
Using a pliers, hold the shaft to keep it from turning and prevent damage to the motor. Using a screwdriver, slide the old ring compression on the blade shaft toward the motor (away from the fan blades) to loosen.
Remove old blade from the shaft by firmly grasping the motor shaft with a pliers (to prevent from damaging) and pull the blade assembly off.
Reverse the above steps to attach the new blade.
Next, locate the condensor fan motor assembly and blade. (Right side as you are facing)
Using a pliers, hold the shaft to keep it from turning and prevent damage to the motor. Using a screwdriver, slide the old ring compression on the blade shaft toward the motor (away from the fan blades) to loosen.
Remove old blade from the shaft by firmly grasping the motor shaft with a pliers (to prevent from damaging) and pull the blade assembly off.

Crisper Drawer Cover was broken, and i wanted to add a third shelf for my garage fridge
I slid the old crisper drawer cover out, and slid the new one in. Then I respaced the other shelves, making room for the third shelf, and put the new shelf in. Apart from the time it took me to unpack the boxes these parts came in, and to remove my groceries from the fridge, the "repair" itself took all of about 90 seconds.

Was getting too cold
Was only two screws after that carefully took the part away unplugging the wires at the same time was plugging in to the new part and was done after 5 or 7 min

ice maker was leaking
thats what I did is remove the teo screws and took the old single outlet valve out. And put the new one in and put the screws back in. First turned off the water and put the water back on after I was threw and no leaks.

Water leaking and freezing everywhere. Weird shaped ice cubes, more like chunks which jambed the dispenser.
First removed the two screws that holds the old ice maker in place. Unplugged it. The freezer compartment was too narrow to allow the unit to slide out or turn in any other direction. Had to also remove the two front screws from the left side ice bin track and swing it down. The door opening was also too tight. Scratched the plastic door jamb putting the new unit in but other than that all is well and functioning well.

Remove ice maker out of fridge; remove 3 screws
replace defective part re-install all components 30 minutes later " magic ice again. Very easy repair most important low cost. Thanks "Parts Select"
