Because the kit did not include fasteners, had to use wood screws and superglue.

water runs in now but still does not make cubes. just keeps dripping until I shut the water off.

Your online instructions were easy to understand and follow. I replaced the outlet valve which took about 20 min. Then I had to dissasemble and remove icemaker to de-ice inlet tube and back wall of frezzer to defrost cooling fins. All to gether it took me about 1hr / 40 min. Frezzer now works just like new. Thanks for making it affordable and easy. Curt

Detached the old part from the refrigerator and disconnected the low voltage quick connect. Also disconnected the water line to the Ice Maker. Reinstalled the new part in the order it was disconnected and re attached the water line feed to the valve threaded connection. Turned water on and no problems.

Move unit out to access rear. Unplug unit. Shut off water supply. Remove lower cover with phillips screwdriver. Remove valve and both water lines. Install water lines back into new valve and install valve back into position. Turn on water supply and check for leaks. Install cover. Plug unit back into wall. Let icemaker produce some cubes to make sure everything is working correctly before pushing unit back into position. Very easy!

I monitored the ice maker after it stopped working and noticed it was not filling with water. I loosened the water feed hose to the single valve outlet and the water feed was fine. However, the single valve outlet never activated to turn on the water feed. I disconnected the waterfeed and electrical connection from the single valve outlet and removed it. Replaced it with the new one, reconnected the water feed valve and electrical connection....allowed the ice maker to cycle and it started filling the ice maker with water right away. Simply unplug fridge, remove air duct mounted on rear panel, release panel itself, pull fan blade off, disconnect grounding wire, detach fan motor bracket, disconnect wire harness to release fan motor, install new fan motor and reconnect, secure with bracket, reconnect grounding wire, reposition fan blade onto motor shaft, reinstall rear panel and secure screws. Remount air duct and plug appliance back in. This is the second motor that was replaced since 2002. The 1st motor dies after 5-6 years.

took water line loose at outlet valve to confirm that water was getting to valve. I ordered part and it arrived the next day. It was very simple installation took 10 minutes. Thanks to parts select, Kirk

Take out both vegetable drawers. Lift back of shelf first then front until you hear the click from both front sides. The shelf should now be loose and you can take fully out. Remove the glass shelf from the plastic frame by turning the shelf over and pulling back and up from the rear part of the glass. Put the glass into the new plastic frame by doing the same technique. Then put the shelf back into the fridge by the resting the shelf down in the correct position and pushing the front of the shelf until you hear the click again on each side. slide the drawers back into place and you are done!

Connected the 2 wires and pushed in the switch until it clicked.

Gently pry out switch in door jam with screwdriver and pull both connectors off and put connectors on new switch then push switch back into the hole. Looked it up on the internet and video showed how to and also had link to new part, ordered and less than a week later the fridge is bright again. I have an older freezer also and it seems that they all use the same switches. Very Very easy

Only took a screwdriver to take two screws out & install new slide with the two existing screws. Very easy. Took less than 5 minutes. Great website I found on Google right away, just by searching for refridgerator parts. After ordering part, only took a few days to come in.

Using Google search engine I was able to quickly locate the replacement rack for the refrigerator. When it arrived, I installed it by attaching it to the interior frame of the refrigerator.
