cracked shelf frame
removed two screws from old frame and bracket, installed bracket onto new frame; popped shelf glass out of old frame and slipped into new frame...reinstalled into refrigerator.

Lost Set Screw
Took set screw and allen wrench and screwed set screw into place.

Defrost Timer Defective
Removed shelves from refrigerator. 2 Screws removed from control panel, then lifted and removed shelf holding and plastic vents. Old timer snapped into place,. but new timer used 2 screws and lined up perfectly for the screws to be installed.
