Ice Freezing In Clumps In Bucket
I had already replaced the icemaker and solenoid valve and had not solved my problem. After I looked at the back wall gasket, it was obvious that the element was getting too hot. Installation was really simple- unplug refrigerator cord, remove frozen food and racks, remove light cover and back sheet metal by removing 4 screws, cut and splice wires to new parts. Reinstall.

Freezer compartment wouldn't regulate the temperature properly
Using a nut driver, I removed the panel that covers the freezer coil. Using wire stripper/cutters. I replace the Temperature sensor and Thermostat. I also replaced the heater element that comes on when the freezer goes into defrost mode. Worked like a charm. The original problem was the freezer compartment would thaw just enough to start the melting process then freeze everything and build up ice to the point where the ice that was produced from the ice maker would just turn into a big block of ice. Everything is working perfectly now with only an hours worth of work and about $75.00 in parts.

Freezer section too warm. Would not go below 20 F
I replaced both the Defrost Thermostat and the Temperature Sensor located on the top of the cooling coils. I ordered them because they were the least expensive items that addressed my problem. They did not correct my problem. I then ordered the Main Control circuit board. I installed the board in about 15 minutes. Finally my freezer returned to the set temperature of 0 degrees F. Problem solved

UNit was not cooling properly. Only the bottom side of the freezer was cold, and the same on the other side, just the bottom.
After watching some videos on U tube on how to check the mother board, I did some checking and found out that all the voltages and resistances were OK, so I ordered the fan, the thermistor and a temperature sensor.I got the parts really quick, just a couple of days. After I got the parts I watched the videos suggested in the parts select web page, and I was able to install everything without problems. Now my fridge is working fine, with excellent cooling.

Refrigerator not cold enough
The repair is a snap, you can watch the video and it will put you on the right path. My story is more about the service that Part Select gave me. I used a small box fan on low as a temporary fix. My model number was worn off from the box wine we store in that particular place. So I ordered the part based on looks, well it was wrong. Called Part Select and we talked, the nice lady on the other end said OH it must be this fan motor. Send us back that one, and I'll get this out too you. I'll credit your account for $7.99, and it cost me $8.99 to ship back the wrong part. Wow, the next day I received the new motor. They sent it overnight! I thought it would be 5-6 days! Unbelievable. I will use this company for any, and all my repairs.

The temperature in the refreezer and refrigerator was slowly getting warmer although the condensor motor was running continually.
Unplug the refrigerator and remove frozen food, shelving, light and back panel inside the freezer section to expose the cooling coils. The coils were completely iced over. Using a wet dry vacuum to discharge the air toward the coils quickly melted the ice. The trouble shooting section on your website described my problem and I bought both items which were the most common problem. Using the video(s) e-mailed to me when purchasing the parts provided great information regarding details for the repair. After replacing both parts the refrigerator is working great having spent just under $25.00.

The refrigerator was making load and unusual noises.
I identified the noise was coming from the coils / and the fan. Cleaning the fan helped reduce the noise a bit but it still kept recurring. I ordered the part, which was really easy using the diagram on the website. The instructions and the video were really helpful and was able to remove the old motor and replace it with the new one with relative ease. While there I cleaned the fan blade and vacuumed the surrounding area. This whole repair went quite smoothly and has given me the confidence to take on other repairs before calling out the repairman.

Remove the shelves then remove the back by removing the two screws at the top of the panel. Locate the temperature sensor on top of the coil. Cut the wires and replace with the new one. Use wire nuts and electrical tape to reconnect the wires.
