switch wouldn't come out anymore and turn light on
Gently pry out switch in door jam with screwdriver and pull both connectors off and put connectors on new switch then push switch back into the hole. Looked it up on the internet and video showed how to and also had link to new part, ordered and less than a week later the fridge is bright again. I have an older freezer also and it seems that they all use the same switches. Very Very easy

In my rental house, something had happened to one of the freezer shelves by the previous tenants. It left only one shelf to use so I ordered a freezer door shelf which is basically a bar to hold things on the molded shelf. Without it, the shelf was unusable.
All I had to do was snap in the shelf. Done! Now the tenants have an extra shelf to use in the freezer.

Replacement gasket
I took it right out of the framed box to keep the gasket in shape and snapped it back on the gasket mount on the freezer door it took 5 minutes or less perfect fit

The Door Fixed Shelf-White Was Broken In Half
When the new one came in, I just opened the refrigerator's door and plugged (put)it into place and slid down to lock it in place. That's it. The order situation was more frustrated than the installations part.

Frame broke
I was so surprised when I went on line put in the model number the item came up so quickly, price was cheap I order the same day less than 2 days it arrived. Missing a Shelf Guard on freezer door
Simply "popped" the guard into place...a very basic fix. The beyond cheap GE handle broke on our rental unit GE refrigerator after less than six months
The new handle just took three screws matching our model refrigerator perfectly--and it is much sturdier than the original. We originally went to the GE site and they wanted $70 +shipping for the same handle. Our landlord only paid $500 for this fridge six months ago--brand new! For a total of just under $17 we got a new handle in perfect condition--delivered quickly to our door. It was exactly as described and fit our model perfectly. We couldn't be happier and will tell all of our friends about this wonderful site. Thank you!!

Shelf broken, fresh door gasket destroyed by tenants
Followed the video about the gasket repair worked like a charm. Dryer for 5 minutes softened it and straightened it out like cake work. Snapped right in like the video, I thought it was too easy. Worked like a charm.

Broken Vegetable Pan Cover
I replaced the Vegetable Pan Cover myself and it looks and fits great. The hardest job was unloading so that the previous cover could be taken out. I was proud of myself for being able to do this job myself without any help. Ordering and receiving the part was so easy that I will always use Parts Select. Thanks again. Juaneese

fridge stoped cooling
unplug fridge! removed ice maker. removed the back panel in frezer. I uncliped thermostat; cut wires on thermostat and installed new thermostat.
