The Holder for the Crisper Cover Snapped Off the Crisper Pan Cover
This is a simple repair. You remove the two upper crisper drawers, remove the bottom slide draw that holds cheese, etc. Then lift up on the crisper pan cover and pull out. Note: the old crisper pan will have 2 rubber moldings you will need to move to the new one and there is a sponge molding that if you peel off very carefully you can put on the new pan otherwise you will need to buy that. No one told me that and I wish they did... so that is why I am writing this.

I noticed when the power was out during the BIG freeze in February, 2021 that my french door refrigerator was losing cool air where the doors meet in the middle. Very discouraged I thought I would need to replace the whole thing. I discovered that my gaskets were in poor condition and decided to cha
I ordered 2 gaskets for the upper doors. They arrived on time, as promised. I left them in the sun for a day to soften them and to make them more pliable. I followed the YouTube directions: simply pulled the old ones off and molded and stretched the new ones into place around the door frames as instructed. I did not need any tools!
When I noticed areas next to the body of the fridge weren't unfolding into place, I used a hairdryer to heat the rubber around the closed doors. That allowed me to do a final manipulation of pressing the seals into place.
Doing this simple repair was fun and saved me from buying a new fridge..terrific !!!

Deli drawer broke off, probably loaded to heavy
Removed the divided glass shelf, to which the slide rail is attached. Removed the broken rail, saved the two screws.
Now comes the clincher:
It would help if the replacement part website would tell you what size and what kind screwdriver you will need, so you could start chasing it while you wait for the part.
Even better if they could include it, since the plastic part and it‘s shipment is not exactly cheap.
So to screw in two screws you need a #15 Star screwdriver!
How many housewife’s have this one in the tool drawer?

The freezer drawer was over cooling and the upper section had no cooling due to something very sticky spilling onto the damper.
Just pulled apart the lower cabinet assembly and installed new assembly. Not difficult, just take your time so as not to break any of the plastic.

switchlight on my refrigerator was not working
I found instructions on the web about how to do this repair, so I ordered the part with confidence. But the instructions simply said "pull out the old switchlight". That was actually somewhat difficult as the clip on the side intended to hold the part in was stubborn. I eventually used a utility to slice off the clip. From that point, it was just a matter of plugging in the new switchlight , which was very simple.
