Right arm of bottom drawers broken.
I pulled off the plastic strip that says “ vegetables” on one side “fruit” on the other. That exposed screws on the left and right sides. I unscrewed both sides I did the same to the back support arm put the new arm in and it works great! The man who helped me at part select was so patient and so kind and helping me select the right piece to begin with to make sure I had the right model number. Could’ve had a better experience with the repair company. Tammy Peterson

Removed fan housing from top of freezer, then the two screws holding the rest of it in place. Then two more screw and removed the vertical housing in back of freezer. two more screws and I was able to remove the whole back plate. I unplugged evap motor wire from back of freezer wall and unscrewed motor bracket. once motor was free, I removed the blade, unscrewed ground wire and installed new motor. I then plugged wire back in to ensure new motor worked and put everything back. Super Easy!!

water not being drawn up into icemaker
unplugged the old valve and disconnected the water line, then reconnected water line on new valve and plugged it in. It was an easy process but unfortunately that did not fix the problem. It is the ice maker it self so I will be ordering a replacement ice maker.

The light inside the oven had burned out
0. As a safety precaution, unplug the range or hit the relevant fuse breaker before you start. You might also want to grab a flashlight. Definitely do not try to do this while the oven is hot.
1. Pinch the wire over the light bulb cap to remove it. This is inside the oven at the back.
2. Pop off the hemispherical glass cap.
3. Unscrew the old light bulb, and screw the new light bulb in its place.
4. Put the cap back.
5. Secure the cap by putting the wire back in its slots on the cap.
No tools needed, the cap is just held in place with pressure from the wire.

Ice maker not making ice!
Pulled the fridge from the wall. Then shut the water line to the fridge off. Pulled the water line to the ice maker out the old grommet. Then a screw or two from the cover over the bottom back of the fridge, so I could get to the outlet valve kit. Only 1 screw was holding that. Then took the lines off the old outlet valve. Took the little hose off the grommet on the inside of the freezer that leads the water into the drip pan to the cube tray of the ice maker. Then grabbed pliers for the grommet on the top back of the fridge. And pulled and twisted alittle till it came out. It was alittle hard but got it out. Cleaned the out sticky tape off around the hole where the grommet connects. Hook the water like that goes to the grommet for the ice maker to the new grommet. Peeled the paper of the sticky tape for the new grommet. And placed it in. Then connected the rest of my water lines to the inlet valve. Put everything back the way it was. Then plugged and turned the water back on. And in 2hrs or so I had ice fall in the tray and continues to make ice no problems. “Note also I didn’t actually unplug my fridge I did it all why it was plugged. Thought it would be best to let you know. LoL but a small socket 1/4 with a 1/4 drive or worked. Also I think my grommet was harder to get out cuz it was froze due to the water leaking in the grommet.

Ice maker would only make very small and very few ice cubes.
After determining that the ice maker on this relatively new refrigerator would make ice cubes if it received the proper amount of water. Ordered the valve and received in a couple days. Using a nut driver, removed the cardboard cover from the back of the refrigerator. Removed one screw holding the valve bracket to the fridge and removed another screw holding the water supply line and the water line to the ice maker in place. Pulled plug on fridge and removed 2 wires from valve. Removed inlet and outlet lines from old valve and reversed the process installing the new valve.

Water leaking and freezing everywhere. Weird shaped ice cubes, more like chunks which jambed the dispenser.
First removed the two screws that holds the old ice maker in place. Unplugged it. The freezer compartment was too narrow to allow the unit to slide out or turn in any other direction. Had to also remove the two front screws from the left side ice bin track and swing it down. The door opening was also too tight. Scratched the plastic door jamb putting the new unit in but other than that all is well and functioning well.

Light out
Turned off the breaker to the fridge because I couldn't reach the power plug to unplug it . Use small flat head screwdriver to pop out the piece, disconnected the rubber prong connectors, inserted the new piece into the rubber prongs snapped it back into place. Flipped the breaker back on and prayed it worked. It did and I saved myself $120 service call.

Defroster fan burned up
First I removed the ice tray rack lifting it out of the way to reach the back cover of the fan. Then, the whole back inside panel had to be removed. Two screws removed the fan and bracket from the freezer unit. The missing bumper lid just snapped into place. Replaced everything in reverse order. Pretty easy job.
