Bracket on shelf for meat tray broke
I was sent the wrong part. Had to recorder the shelf with the meat slide. The installation was very simple. Received the part the next day. Great service

The plastic guide broke loose from the bottom side of the shelf unit.
I removed the shelf unit and glued the broken end of the drawer guide back into place, then after drying, I reinstalled the unit. 10 days later,(1 day after receiving the order) the other end of the same glide broke and I installed the New unit.

original pan was cracked
removed all food-------removed crisper bins------removed old crisper cover by lifting and sliding out.Installed new crisper cover.

Freezer door sagging due to warped hinge
Just block the door up so it doesn't fall off, remove the two screws, replace hinge, and replace screws. My wife could have done it. Metal replacement part is much better than the original plastic that warped from day one.

shelf gliders were broken.
This repair was very simple. I removed the old glass shelf and slid the new one in. I then slid the lunchmeat drawer into place. It looks wonderful and the drawer slides nicely in and out.

The plastic on the top shelf of the fridge cracked
Found your web site. FAST delivery of the part. Unpacked the shelf and slid it into the fridge---So simple! Thanks for the great service. P.S. it really pays to keep the papers on your appliances. That way you have a quick way to find the make and model number.

Replacement shelf
Removed old shelf and installed new one. Glass is thinner than what came with the fridge. So I rearranged the shelves and use the new shelf for lighter items. I could see the shelf bow in the center under the weight of milk, cool aid and juice.

Freezer door sagged & didn't seal properly
Installed Metal hinge(old hinge was plastic) to take out sag of door.(painted the hinge color of refrigerator as hinge doesn't have plastic appearance cover )

No Freezer Shelf On New Refirgerator!
Did not need to grind anything off. I turn it around and at an angle with the right side holes in first and left side raised up. Then with a little pressure on the left wall of the upper freezer, I was able to push down on the shelf and slide it into the holes on the left. :) The most amazing part is that I paid for normal 3-5 day shipping and it arrived in less than 24 hrs. Didn't have to worry about it coming while I was out of town. Awesome :)

There was not a full shelf in freezer area.
The shelf fit perfect right out of the box. I just snapped it into the holes provide. Could not have been easier.
