Right side drawer track broke

The old support cracked and the drawer dropped when pulled out
1) Viewed the video 2) Got a screw driver 3) Removed the shelf/bracket assembly 4) Removed the old support 5) Reassembled and put back in place. It took longer to clean the dirty shelf than to fix the support. Very easy.

The new motor mount screw holes were not threaded.
I had to tap the screw holes with a 8/32 tap so that the screws would not bind.

Drawer sliders broken
Hardest thing was to take all the the items and food off the shelf... Unscrew the old rails and screw on the new ones.... Put all that stuff back on the shelf.

broken glass shelf

old drawer support snapped
aligned tabs and slid into place - total repair time 30 seconds :)

The glass over the crisper shattered while it was being cleaned

Broken drawer brackets
I removed the drawer and then I removed the shelf from the refridgerator! The brackets are held by one screw each. Installation was super simple!

Drawer supports broken
The repair was very simple and watching the repair demo insured it would be. Received parts with in 4 days of ordering. Removed old shelf, took out phillips retaining screw and discarded old rails. installation was the reverse process.

Both rails split, and the drawer would no longer stay in place
Remove the rails, and replace. Less than 5 min repair. VERY costly though for 2 pieces of plastic.

broken crisper pan (plastic part; the glass was OK.
I removed the crisper bins and then removed the shelf. I discarded the broken plastic piece and inserted the glass shelf into the new plastic piece and then put the shelf back in the fridge. Not counting the time it took to clear the food from the shelf and wipe down the glass, the whole process took about two minutes and required no tools. I was the easiest repair of anything I've ever done.

If you're reading this, just buy the shelf and put it in. You have already learned the real lesson: The crisper shelf is more delicate than you thought.

worn rail on righy side
removed meat drawer ,,,titled on it;s side , used philip screw drivingto lossen screw ,,removed worn rail and replaced it with new one in less then a minute,,, very easy and cool ,,,

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!!
