Freezer door sagging due to warped hinge
Just block the door up so it doesn't fall off, remove the two screws, replace hinge, and replace screws. My wife could have done it. Metal replacement part is much better than the original plastic that warped from day one.

Broke Pan Cover Glass Insert
It slips right on. The hardest was getrthe item unpacked. It was pacrvery well for shipment so it wouldn't get broken. This company has very nice customer service on the phone.

Crisper Pan cover broke - it is plastic
The repair went very easily. I just do not understand why it is a plastic piece. This is the 2nd time I have had to replace this piece. This company is wonderful and I really appreciate all the help I get when I go online and/or call.Thanks

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! handle broke at screws in door
removed old handle using allen wrench for set screw and Phillips #2 screwdriver for top screws then reversed it to install new handle very easy

Door handle had broken off under the screws that attaced to the door.
Unscrewed the screws, and loosened the set screw attaching the bottom of the old handle to a post. Attached the bottom of the handle to the post, tightened the set screw, and screwed the top of the new handle back into the door.

Light Would Not Come On.
I removed the four bolts holding the light switch and temp knob with a nut driver, unplugged the unit and moved it to the table top. I removed the switch and replaced it with a new one. I plugged the unit back in and drove the four screws in with a nut driver and the light now comes on when I open the door. Real simple!
