Crisper Pan Cover was cracked in two places
Super easy. I watch the short video and did the same. (Removal) I started by emptying the two drawers of produce. Then pulled the draws out and set them aside. Then simply lifted the cover and pulled it straight out. (New Installation) Insert the new cover to the back of the frig and dropped it in place and replace the two draws into the hanging tracks and push them in. Done

Broken meat pan on Kenmore refrig
Just slid it in. Fit perfectly. Called the Help Line just to double check that the pan would fit and they assured me it would. Pan cost $20 less than through the Sears site because of lower price, lower shipping and no taxes. Oh, and the pan came in just two days. Very happy.

Evaporator was freezing up and was running non stop
I tested the components in the refrigerator defrost function. I used digital multimeter and checked for continuity. Defrost thermostat must 32 degrees or lower.

Broke one of the door handles
Called Parts-select they helped me out because I had different part number they guided me to the correct part and sent it in no time the part arrived and within 3minutes the part was on and looking good.

The Dairy door was cracked by an item in the refrigerator and broke into two pieces
This was not technical at all. The old door fell out and the replacement door snapped right into position. It was simple.

Shelf rack broke.
