The Refrigerator was not cooling properly. At 40-45 degrees milk spoiled
My upper and bottom air diffuser was missing.

Freezer no freezing the food
Disconnect the power. To install the Defrost timer which is located inside the console at the top of the fridge I followed a YouTube video. It is very easy. Keep in mind that the Defrost timer comes settled in defrost mode so the compressor will not start after the power is reconnected.There is a hole in the console just behind the Defrost timer where you engaged it with a flat driver and rotate the clock until the compresor start. Now the compressor works for 6 hours and stop for 20 minutes for the defrosting cicle. The freezer now is freezing the meat!!

Broken plastic frame
Slid it in place. Waiting patiently for lower shelf that holds vegetable bins. We have duct taped the broken one together and it is holding for now. We would like an update on expected delivery date.

Gasket was oversize and compression spline would not stay in door groove
Required a trip to the hardware store. Online research showed that Gorilla Glue would hold gasket in place and was recommended for that task. Needed to glue each side separately to keep the spline in the groove. Took far longer than it should have!

freezer cold and frosting up but refrigerator warm
inside the freezer compartment, remove four hex head screws from rear panel,lift panel forward and unplug wire assembly from panel. find old defrost thermostat attached to copper tube by clip on back of thermostat, unclip, snip two wires to thermostat, take new thermostat, strip 1/4"of wire from wires in freezer (thermostat is prestripped),insert light blue wire from thermostat and light blue wire from freezer into opposite ends of crimp connector and crimp securely. repeat with dark blue wires. set panel back in freezer,connect plug to back of panel, refasten screws and you are go to go! save yourself the price of a new refrigerator or $300 repair by repairman!

replace broken door handle on refrigerator
The repair was very easy to do. All I did was slip the bottom part of the new handle over the Phillips screw on the refrigerator door. Then I put the top part of the handle in place on the top of the refrigerator door. I put the 2 Phillip screws back in the top part of the handle with a Phillips screw driver.
It took less than 15 minutes to replace the old cracked handle with a new one. In the future if I need anymore parts, I will be ordering from your company again. I am happy with my order and the great service I got from the staff at Part Select. Thank you, Sandy McClaflin

Old door seal was cracked and didn't seal tight.
Pulled off the old seal and put the new one on. No tools needed. It fit where it was supposed to and seals the door like new now! Thank you!
