FFHT1821TS0 Frigidaire Refrigerator - Instructions

Removed glass shelf and frame. Unscrewed support from frame,replace with new support and screwed it into the frame, attach drawer and replace shelf in fridge .

I used the youtube you provided. It was pretty straight forward, but I had to make a trip to the hardware store for a bit (hex wrench) to remove the hex bolt head style screws. I was only expecting to need phillips or flathead. I managed to remove one with a set of pliers, and the brought that example to the store for size reference when buying the bit to fit my black and decker drill. The rest was easy.

Remove items on shelf, in crisper drawers and clean all items including the refrigerator bottom before replacing with new part! Looks like a new refrigerator inside now ????

I (female) fixed it by just inserting the brackets. Easy as pie. I was so happy that they fit.

Super easy just snapped new bar in place. Few seconds and the shelf was usable again. Thanks so much for the quick deliver and ease of finding the product I needed. Will return for parts I may need in the future.

I installed door shelf myself. Very easy. My son and grand did the roller repair. This was fairly easy but the reason I had them do it was to tilt the refrigerator over to reach. Needed man power!!

The first order arrived in a huge box and there was no scew to be found, the box had wholes in it. I was given a refund and told to order again.



The repair did not happen and the set screw which was actually recieved the second time was returned because it was the wrong size.

A single screw holds the part in place. The ONLY challenge is seating the new slide so that the screw hole in the glide matches the hole in the support assembly. Initially setting the glide into place mismatched by about 1/16 of an inch toward the back of the refrigerator. Firmly grasping the new part after mating it to the two receivers on the support assembly, pull it toward you until it clicks into place. The screw should mate cleanly to the new part without any difficulty. Make sure you get the right or left side part, as they are not interchangeable.

It simply snapped into place. No tools required. A very simple repair.

Easy peasy... took the shelf out of the fridge. Unscrewed the old rail. Screwed in the new one. Put the shelf back in. DONE!!!!

My local appliance repair shop said they would have to order the whole shelf in order to fix my problem. It was going to cost $50 and I'd have to wait 3 weeks.

Instead, I found you guys on the internet. The part cost $5 and I got in delivered in 2 days.... CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!

I just put the new one in with no problem

Simply removed screw from old rail, inserted it into new rail and connected the rail to the old shelf. A very easy fix and a money saver. Local techs wanted $75 just to come out and look at the problem. Local parts places didn't stock the part and gave an estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks with a price $12 higher than you guys. I received the part from your company well within the promised maximum 5 day delivery time - 3 days! Thanks, you have a repeat customer.

received the part. looked at the directions. popped it on in about 30 seconds. and ty very much

new drawer was received within 2 days and was extremely simple to install.
