Opened the door, aligned new shelf with the prods attached to door frame and then put it in.

broken door bin
very simple--pull out damaged bin then snap new bin in. takes all of approximately 10-15 seconds.

Cracked part causing crisper drawer to stick
Remove items on shelf, in crisper drawers and clean all items including the refrigerator bottom before replacing with new part! Looks like a new refrigerator inside now ????

Freezer seal was cracked and not sealing tight.
I pulled off the old seal. I pushed the new seal into the track around the freezer door.
Very easy. No tools needed.

Old gaskets were cracked. Not a good seal.
Pulled old gasket off. Then put new gaskets on starting on one corner and pressing in all around. Took 20 minutes.

My son open the refrigerator door and the ketchup was on the top of the shelf and it broke it off

Crisper glass shelf shattered during cleaning.
Extremely easy repair for a 76 year old woman. I just followed the very clear video instructions provided with my order and my fridge was as good as new within 15 minutes.

Refrigerator did not cycle
Installation was fairly straight forward. The major complaint is that the problem returned 2 weeks later. I don’t know if I care to re-invest in another switch.

Wrong size
I sent the rack back to the address on the invoice and never received a refund. I was never able to get through on the phone line to speak with someone or to leave a message.

Refrigerator light stopped working
The bulb wasn't the issue so I was hopeful the switch was. utube helped me some, but figuring my model was different than any on utube. Got the switch in and plugged it back in. Moment of truth. Didn't light. Ugggh! Out $50 for switch plus $20 for nut driver set.
