Drawer support was broken
Repair was quite easy. Simply remove screw and replace part. My repairman charges a min. fee of $99 to come by. I did this myself and saved an easy $100! The part came very quickly--next day after I ordered it. Would definitely do this again.

Both support rails had broken
First, remove shelf unit from refrigerator and lay glass side down on a large flat surface. Observe, then pay attention to assembly. Spent more time with this, drinking coffee, and playing with puppy, than the actual repair. Only had to remove and replace two
phillips head screws. Replace deli - meat drawer after shelf unit is in place in refrigerator. Check for clearance for door to close.

Left rail was broken
The shelf needed to be removed from refrigerator and then remove the screw and pull the rail from the bracket on the opposite end. After installing the new rail it turned out to be a fraction of an inch too long so I had to file the cracket on the shelf which is metal. The rail slipped back in and was perfect. Easy job.

Freezer always has ice accumulating
Thermostat assembly, remove light bulb, remove 1 screw, drop thermostat casing, two screws to remove timer from inside and install in reverse. Old Timer had electric motor and lasted 30 years. New one looks to be electronic with plastic motor gears.

Drawer Supports Broke
In 10 years, this is the second time these drawer supports broke and what a difference to fix. The parts came quickly, fit well and are very easy to install. The fridge is good as new and the cheese/condiment drawer is back where it belongs. Good quality and easy to do.

Compressor would start and run for 10 seconds then shut off.
The fans and lights worked but unit did not cool at all. Pulled refridgerator out and compressor was not working, unplugged and plugged back in,compressor would run for ten seconds then quit. After checking online got suggestion of start switch and compacitor were bad. Ordered parts from, parts select and had them within 3 days. Unplugged unit and removed 4 screws holding back cover on, removed metal holder with needle nose pliers, pulled wires from switch and then pulled switch and capacitor assembly out. Reversed the order and plugged it back in and refridgerator works fine. Pretty simple
