The new motor mount screw holes were not threaded.
I had to tap the screw holes with a 8/32 tap so that the screws would not bind.

The replacement part was not a perfect fit.
I tried to obtain installation instructions from PartSelect and from Frigidaire, but there were none, so I find it rather amusing that you expect me to provide the instructions. All I can say is that the replacement part did not exactly match the original, rendering it impossible to install. Had the part fitted, it would have required only a phillips screw driver to install it. The sort-of happy ending is that after removing the broken handle, I found that the fridge door opens and closes perfectly well without it. top door rack was broken at the connectors

Original plastic hinge cracked across the middle
Removed 2 hex screws & old hinge, placed new hinge on cabinet & found that it didn't fit; one hole was about 1/8" off. Had to drill a new hole in cabinet top in order to attach new hinge. Hinge works fine now. I'm glad to find the hinge is metal; original one was plastic.

Refrigerator door sagged, had to push the door to close it.
Used wood blocks to raise the door off the lower hinge bracket then unscrewed the suspect hinge. Cut a small shim, two layers of soda can, to place under the lower edge of the new hinge bracket and doubled the washers by using the old one to ensure I had adequate clearance for the door. After a little silicone lube I installed the new hinge bracket. All better now.

broken handle
Removed the old handle using a screwdriver and replaced it with the new one. It was very easy.

Freezer door sagged & didn't seal properly
Installed Metal hinge(old hinge was plastic) to take out sag of door.(painted the hinge color of refrigerator as hinge doesn't have plastic appearance cover )

Door handle cracked at top
I watched the very helpful video from your web-site. Simply, removed two top screws. Then slid handle and bracket off bottom screw(as shown in video). Put the new part on, repaired in less than 10 minutes. Thanks!

Door handle broke off
Removed the two upper screws, removed the broken handle and replaced with the new handle. Then replaced the two screws that holds the handle in place.

broken door rack
took the old one out, put the new one in. Will be an ongoing problem due to the flimsy nature of the rack. Refrigerator is in a rental unit. Great to know parts a just a phone call away, and arrive super fast.
