Bottom handle broke at screws
You find out how it fits once you take it apart. Very easy to fit bottom in first and then slide top, 2 screws and it was done. Plus I now have a spare. I'm female and 80, so anyone can do it!!

support rail broke
removed top shelf from refrigerator, and placed it upside down on counter. removed 1 screw from old track and track was out. put new track in place, put in screw and replaced shelf

broken right drawer support rail
cleared all food items from shelf......took shelf out of refrigerator.....unscrewed one screw from broken rail.......screwed in new rail and replaced shelf and food items.......simple!

My refrigerator had a broken rail for the meat drawer and also the bottom door rack had cracked.
The parts for repair were delivered quickly and they were easy to install. The Door Rack just snaps into place and the Drawer Support Rail only required tightening one screw after install. All the parts arrived in perfect condition and now my refrigerator is back to being as good as new.

The Dairy door was cracked by an item in the refrigerator and broke into two pieces
This was not technical at all. The old door fell out and the replacement door snapped right into position. It was simple.

Plastic support on rail had broken off
Easy peasy... took the shelf out of the fridge. Unscrewed the old rail. Screwed in the new one. Put the shelf back in. DONE!!!!
My local appliance repair shop said they would have to order the whole shelf in order to fix my problem. It was going to cost $50 and I'd have to wait 3 weeks.
Instead, I found you guys on the internet. The part cost $5 and I got in delivered in 2 days.... CAN'T BEAT THAT!!!!

Broken support rail
Simply removed screw from old rail, inserted it into new rail and connected the rail to the old shelf. A very easy fix and a money saver. Local techs wanted $75 just to come out and look at the problem. Local parts places didn't stock the part and gave an estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks with a price $12 higher than you guys. I received the part from your company well within the promised maximum 5 day delivery time - 3 days! Thanks, you have a repeat customer.

replacing broken door racks
Super easy it took no more than 5 minutes to replace the fridge door racks. Starting from opening the box when it arrived to closing the fridge door with the new racks in place. no tools needed, except a knife to open the box.

Door shelf bin fixture broke off
This was the easiest thing to repair in my house! All I needed to do was to snap the appropriate new shelf in the place where the prior piece was and we were back in business. A caveat to anyone else who might try it-get your Mfgr/model number straight as well as measure the length of the shelf to be replaced. Since my brand was not listed in the pull-down menu for replacements, the first time I ordered the shelf replacement piece, I ordered the shelf that looked exactly like the one I was replacing however the replacement was a few inches too small! The original shelf cracked and fell off. No glue or tape would hold.
Just snapped the item into place.

Kid broke to bottom door rack
