Lower handle broke off
Unscrewed old part. 2 screws. Screwed on new part. Viola!! Easy peasy! Quickest and most convenient repair ever!

Door rack broke and drawer support rail broke
Snapped in the door rack. For the drawer support rail, just needed a screwdriver to attach the rail.

Plastic support rail broke
removed the top shelve. Unscrewed the broken support rail and replaced it with the new one.Put the shelve back and I was done

Broken Door Rack
There is nothing easier than this. You just take out the broken bar and put in the new one.

Big oops when I broke the glass shelf while washing in hot water...too hot
I ordered the part, it arrived within 48 hours. I opened the fridge and put the shelf in perfectly!

The refrigerator crisper pan cover cracked in the front center.
I removed the glass from the cover, removed the 2 crispier pans and removed and discarded the broken cover. I installed the new cover by making sure the back was flush against the back wall of the refrigerator. After that I replaced the glass and drawers and it was as good as new.

broken glass insert over refrigerator drawers
I called in because the model # of the refrigerator did not show up on the website. The cust. srvc. rep looked it up and found the part. It was reasonably priced, I received it in a matter of days and it fit perfectly. Thank you! We were preparing to put the condo on the market and broke the shelf while cleaning. It was great to have a resource for a reasonably priced replacement and quick shipment.

Refrigerator Light bulb went out
I replaced the bulb using my hands to twist the bulb in the socket located at the top of the refrigerator.

grab gasket on a corner and pull...new gasket push raised rib into grove....your Done!!!

Job was really easy. Took less than 10 minutes
I easily removed the shelf, cleaned it, removed one screw, adjusted a tab that was bent, then installed new side rail with the screw that was removed and put back the shelf and storage bin. Everything worked perfectly. I must have saved $100 by doing it myself.

Shelf Retainer Bar
The retainer bar was so easy I installed it in less than 5 minutes.

Warm fridge and freezer
After checking the capacitor and 3 in 1 starter run relay for continuity and both measuring , I was able to remove the old parts and install the new parts for the refrigerator after unplugging the unit. I also checked the new parts prior to installing. I also went on Parts Select and watched some very helpful videos. Thanks a lot for your help desk for going above and beyond to ensure that I ordered the correct part! ????

Left side rail support snapped off the lunchmeat drawer
Used a small screwdriver to disconnect the left side rail from and replaced with the new left side rail. Everything went smooth and from start to finish, replaced the piece in about 3 minutes. Works great now!

The retainer bar broke
Opened the box, took part to refridgerator and inserted retainer bar in place.
