light socket burned out
snapped the wires from frig onto the proper prong and viola,it works. The proper prong is identified by the size because there are two prongs with the wires and two connecting prongs in the socket. I talked to a very helpful representative and she gave me the number for Frigidaire, when I was confused by the placement of the wire. Wish I had remembered her name to share with you. As it turned out I didn't need to call Frigidaire.

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! Bought a used refrigerator with no bins in freezer door.

Broken glass shelve

Broken Door Shelf Bin
Lifted out the broken bin, set in the new one. Less than 5 minutes. Someone had replaced the bottom shelf bin earlier with a middle shelf bin, so I was a bit confused. The phone rep was extremely helpful in finding the right part. I called the order in on friday, received and replaced it on saturday! Wonderful experience all around.
