Shelf was broken.
Shelf was taped with duct tape and since I am a perfectionist, I couldn't stand to look at it. We are leasers, so I did the repairs at my expense and love it. Thanks for the prompt delivery. Shelf was perfect!!

loud noise fan blade broke,off balance
take 1/4 hex screws out clean out dust ,remove old fan blade replace with new install bolts .

broken clip on the shelf on the bottom of the door
I watched the short repair video that was provided for the do it yourself persons.And I put the new shelf in place in the door myself it was fast and easy .

while cleaning the condenserI accidentally hit the fan blade and broke it
Had my 3 year old remove the 4 screws to holds the carboard in place. Pryde the old fan blade off with a screwdriver. slid the new fan blade on to the shaft then my 3 year old put the screws back in.

No freezer shelf came with refrigerator
I just inserted the shelf into the pre-existings slots in the freezer and it popped right in. No tools needed. Made sure the measurements were correct before placing my order I did not use the grid on the website. I measured with a tape measure and found the part that was closes to my measurements. Received the item the next business day and it worked perfectly!

Frame Of Glass Shelf Cracked In Several Places
All I did was take the glass shelf out of the box, slide it into the refridgerator then slide the meat drawer back on and I was done! Ordering was quick and easy, it arrived within 2 days packaged very well. This was one of the easiest repairs ever and the service was top notch!
