Shelf broke

My son's head collided with the top door shelf bin.
The old bin snapped where it attached to the door. The best part was that I ordered on Thursday and the part arrived on Friday via Ground shipping. WOW! Snapped it into place in about 3 seconds.

Old shelf snap-in section broke on one side.

Shelf bin bracket latch broke off.
Very simple. I retrieved the Model number, got on your website and typed it in along with other required information. The page lead me directly to the part I needed. No tools were required because it is a snap-on piece that broke. The shelf snapped on and Voila! The repair was complete.

Top refridgerator top door shelf broke off
I got the serial / model number from my refridgerator inside wall. Saw your web site for parts. I loved your site as I couldn't read the whole model number as part was washed. Your site at photo's on the site and it matched perfect. I thought I would wait for weeks but my part came within 3 days at no extra shipping costs.
