Freezer door sagging due to warped hinge
Just block the door up so it doesn't fall off, remove the two screws, replace hinge, and replace screws. My wife could have done it. Metal replacement part is much better than the original plastic that warped from day one.

Ice Maker not getting any water
1). Shut off water supply to fridge. 2). Move fridge out to gain access to back of fridge. 3). Remove poly line to water tube have a glass handy to catch any remaining water that might be in line. Some may have a foam insulating washer around water tube remove it first. 4). My Sears-Kenmore was a twist lock water tube have to turn it to left or right depending on brand to remove tube. 5). After removing make sure tube didn't just have water frozen in tube ( that was my problem ) run it under hot water frozen piece will come out. 5). Problem fixed, reverse directions to re-install tube!

Original plastic hinge cracked across the middle
Removed 2 hex screws & old hinge, placed new hinge on cabinet & found that it didn't fit; one hole was about 1/8" off. Had to drill a new hole in cabinet top in order to attach new hinge. Hinge works fine now. I'm glad to find the hinge is metal; original one was plastic.

Ice maker quit working.
The two screws that held the ice maker in place could not be seen do to there location. I could only get one hand inside do to space restriction. So I placed a mirror inside so I could see the screw heads and from point it was very easy to see and line up the nut driver on the screw heads. I then lifted it up and unplugged the wiring and installed the new ice maker. Works like a charm. Paul

shattered bottom shelf (crisper shelf)
Simple drop-in. No tools. Less than one minute "repair" time. Worrying that the glass would break en route was for not; huge box with lots of peanuts and bubble wrap prevented any potential breakage. Very satisfied with price, shipment (including time), and overall "repair".

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! Regards, Barry Halper
