Hook on end of snap-on freezer bin broke.
The existing bin fell off when the hook broke as the freezer door was opened. Finding and ordering the replacement part was about as simple as it can be. Delivery time was less than a week. Replacing the bin was just a matter of snapping it in place, which took all of 5 seconds.

My door shelf broke where the tabs connect to the door

broken door bin
very simple--pull out damaged bin then snap new bin in. takes all of approximately 10-15 seconds.

HANDLE BROKE AT THE SCREWS
On screwed the screws, slipped the guide over the bottom screw, re-inserted and screwed on the old screws. It took two minutes.

The handle broke on the door of the frig...just snapped into when I wen to open it!

The plastic frame around the shelf broke!
Only thing we needed to do was to slide in the glass shelf into the grooves inside the refrigerator!!
