Lost the temperature control know
The knob came in the plastic package. It was the correct part. I opened the package and placed the knob on the prongs. Now it works fine.

The Refrigerator was not cooling properly. At 40-45 degrees milk spoiled
My upper and bottom air diffuser was missing.

Freezer no freezing the food
Disconnect the power. To install the Defrost timer which is located inside the console at the top of the fridge I followed a YouTube video. It is very easy. Keep in mind that the Defrost timer comes settled in defrost mode so the compressor will not start after the power is reconnected.There is a hole in the console just behind the Defrost timer where you engaged it with a flat driver and rotate the clock until the compresor start. Now the compressor works for 6 hours and stop for 20 minutes for the defrosting cicle. The freezer now is freezing the meat!!

my fridge was missing shelfs
i live in Manhattan and it is so difficult to go and find a repair store that has the things you need for the specific model number. i went online and found partselect.com they had a very nice and easy search engine and gave me all the parts that goes with my fridge i just gave them my model number. i placed my order and got it 2 days after.. the shipment fee was 6 dollar i saved the taxi money going and coming i might have had even had to go to multiple store before i can find my part.

Shelfs broke
Replacing was to slide the shelf in on their stubs. My comment about the refrigerator shelfs is they are not made to last. You open the door and one end at the opening side would break. I check to see if it was hanging up however it has plenty of room.

a shelf retainer on our refrigerater broke off.
well, the retainer broke off, so I waited for the new part to come, and when it came, all I had to do was put it on. putting it on took like a second. there were two hooks that the shelf hooked on, so it was really easy.

Broken plastic frame
Slid it in place. Waiting patiently for lower shelf that holds vegetable bins. We have duct taped the broken one together and it is holding for now. We would like an update on expected delivery date.

rubber seal was wore out
just pull the old off and put the new one on the magnetic strip inside the rubber was the key it just grabbed the area real easy.

Refrigerator Door Shelf Bin broke
I simply removed the old broken shelf and clipped in the new one. Not a major project however the company went above and beyond due to a problem with the delivery of the part. I live in an 1,800 unit condo. Packages are delivered to a kiosk for pick up. FedEx showed the package was delivered but I did not receive it. When I called PartSelect to advise of the problem, they immediately refunded me for the part I didn't receive and sent another one which I received in a few days. I found the company to be very reliable and customer friendly. I will use them again should the occasion arise.
