light socket burned out
snapped the wires from frig onto the proper prong and viola,it works. The proper prong is identified by the size because there are two prongs with the wires and two connecting prongs in the socket. I talked to a very helpful representative and she gave me the number for Frigidaire, when I was confused by the placement of the wire. Wish I had remembered her name to share with you. As it turned out I didn't need to call Frigidaire.

Original glass shelf shattered.
Using Parts Select, followed the menus to identify the correct part. Placed order and the part was a direct swap for the old one. Removed old shelf, insert new shelf and put the drawer in. Job done!

crisper drawer missing
I ordered a new part and simply slid the drawer into place. The part fit as described and cost me less than another site selling Kenmore parts direct.

Broken upper door bin
I received the lower door bin rather than the upper one that was needed. Ordered the correct one and it was received the next day. Both parts were received the next day. I appreciate the ultra-prompt service.

Dog aet the diffuser wile i was cleening the frig
Take down the light assembley by removing the 4 one qurter inch screws, and install the diffuser where it belongs.

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! shattered bottom shelf (crisper shelf)
Simple drop-in. No tools. Less than one minute "repair" time. Worrying that the glass would break en route was for not; huge box with lots of peanuts and bubble wrap prevented any potential breakage. Very satisfied with price, shipment (including time), and overall "repair".

shelf gliders were broken.
This repair was very simple. I removed the old glass shelf and slid the new one in. I then slid the lunchmeat drawer into place. It looks wonderful and the drawer slides nicely in and out.

Broken Door Shelf Bin
Lifted out the broken bin, set in the new one. Less than 5 minutes. Someone had replaced the bottom shelf bin earlier with a middle shelf bin, so I was a bit confused. The phone rep was extremely helpful in finding the right part. I called the order in on friday, received and replaced it on saturday! Wonderful experience all around.

The bottom door shelf would fall off even if there weren't a lot of jars and bottles on it.
All we had to do was remove the bad door shelf by just taking it off - very easy to snap off - it takes about 10 seconds. Then we replaced it just as easily. The new one fits perfectly and we can put many bottles and jars on it, thus giving us more room on the shelves in the refigerator to store things.
