Freezer always has ice accumulating
Thermostat assembly, remove light bulb, remove 1 screw, drop thermostat casing, two screws to remove timer from inside and install in reverse. Old Timer had electric motor and lasted 30 years. New one looks to be electronic with plastic motor gears.

No freezer shelf came with refrigerator
I just inserted the shelf into the pre-existings slots in the freezer and it popped right in. No tools needed. Made sure the measurements were correct before placing my order I did not use the grid on the website. I measured with a tape measure and found the part that was closes to my measurements. Received the item the next business day and it worked perfectly!

Original plastic hinge cracked across the middle
Removed 2 hex screws & old hinge, placed new hinge on cabinet & found that it didn't fit; one hole was about 1/8" off. Had to drill a new hole in cabinet top in order to attach new hinge. Hinge works fine now. I'm glad to find the hinge is metal; original one was plastic.

Broken glass shel
After removing the broken glass, the new shelf slid into place easily. I only had to make sure it rested in the front slot that prevents it from sliding. The ordered shelf arrived within 4 business days and was perfect in all ways.

Shelf door broken apart in the middle
Removed the old door (squeeze a little at the ends), Took the new part out the box, and snapped it on. Too easy! This is my 2nd time ordering a shelf door from Parts Select and both have been great experiences! They are super fast, reasonably priced and the instructions/locating the part process is really easy and thorough! I can extend my appliance life a little longer with Parts Select. Placed glass into front edge of frame first then gently lower the back side down into position

My daughter purchased a home and the refrigerator was included in the sale. Unfortunately the shelf was missing.
