Broken glass shel
After removing the broken glass, the new shelf slid into place easily. I only had to make sure it rested in the front slot that prevents it from sliding. The ordered shelf arrived within 4 business days and was perfect in all ways.

No freezer shelf

Placed glass into front edge of frame first then gently lower the back side down into position

My daughter purchased a home and the refrigerator was included in the sale. Unfortunately the shelf was missing.
I removed the shelf and placed in the crisper frame.

Frame Of Glass Shelf Cracked In Several Places
All I did was take the glass shelf out of the box, slide it into the refridgerator then slide the meat drawer back on and I was done! Ordering was quick and easy, it arrived within 2 days packaged very well. This was one of the easiest repairs ever and the service was top notch!

Bracket on shelf for meat tray broke
I was sent the wrong part. Had to recorder the shelf with the meat slide. The installation was very simple. Received the part the next day. Great service

The plastic guide broke loose from the bottom side of the shelf unit.
I removed the shelf unit and glued the broken end of the drawer guide back into place, then after drying, I reinstalled the unit. 10 days later,(1 day after receiving the order) the other end of the same glide broke and I installed the New unit.

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it
I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! Broken freezer handle
Ordered a new handle. Fortunately we had saved the screws. The new one fit perfectly, but no screws were included. An Allen wrench and a square headed screw driver are needed. Easy with the right tools. Came in a package of two, so we have an extra.

shattered bottom shelf (crisper shelf)
Simple drop-in. No tools. Less than one minute "repair" time. Worrying that the glass would break en route was for not; huge box with lots of peanuts and bubble wrap prevented any potential breakage. Very satisfied with price, shipment (including time), and overall "repair".
