Broken shelves in the door
I own an appartment building and it seems everytime someone moves out they leave broken appliance parts in their path. It is so easy to go on line with the model number and get the parts I need in just a few days. I snap them in place of the broken shelves and it looks like new. Thanks, this is a great spot to get just the piece I need.

Shelf bin bracket latch broke off.
Very simple. I retrieved the Model number, got on your website and typed it in along with other required information. The page lead me directly to the part I needed. No tools were required because it is a snap-on piece that broke. The shelf snapped on and Voila! The repair was complete.
