Shelf bin bracket latch broke off.
Very simple. I retrieved the Model number, got on your website and typed it in along with other required information. The page lead me directly to the part I needed. No tools were required because it is a snap-on piece that broke. The shelf snapped on and Voila! The repair was complete.

Broken shelves in the door
I own an appartment building and it seems everytime someone moves out they leave broken appliance parts in their path. It is so easy to go on line with the model number and get the parts I need in just a few days. I snap them in place of the broken shelves and it looks like new. Thanks, this is a great spot to get just the piece I need.

Door shelf bracket broke
I read the model number on the inside of refrigerator label, ordered the part online from PartSelect. Part arrived in 24 hours. My daughter placed bracket onto fitting and repair was complete in less than 10 seconds.

Top refridgerator top door shelf broke off
I got the serial / model number from my refridgerator inside wall. Saw your web site for parts. I loved your site as I couldn't read the whole model number as part was washed. Your site at photo's on the site and it matched perfect. I thought I would wait for weeks but my part came within 3 days at no extra shipping costs.
