Broken fan blade
Followed video instructions which were to unplug refrigerator, on lower back use screwdriver, loosen 4 screws, take off plastic cover, pull out fan, replace with new fan, replace cover and 4 holding screws, plug in refrigerator. I am female, 77 years old and if I can do it, anyone can.

The refrigerator crisper pan cover cracked in the front center.
I removed the glass from the cover, removed the 2 crispier pans and removed and discarded the broken cover. I installed the new cover by making sure the back was flush against the back wall of the refrigerator. After that I replaced the glass and drawers and it was as good as new.

broken glass insert over refrigerator drawers
I called in because the model # of the refrigerator did not show up on the website. The cust. srvc. rep looked it up and found the part. It was reasonably priced, I received it in a matter of days and it fit perfectly. Thank you! We were preparing to put the condo on the market and broke the shelf while cleaning. Freezer compartment warm / Ice cream soft
I worked for GM as a Frigidaire Tech, before starting my own business. I have retired now.
I took the three screws off the back of the bracket holding the motor. Disconected wire harness and pulled out the motor. Reverse to install. servantoftheking@hughes.net

Shelf door retainer was broken
Our refrigerator door shelf retainer had broken on the side which basically put one shelf out of commission in our fridge. I looked up our fridge on partselect and found the correct retainer and ordered it. The part came very quickly, within just a few days. Big oops when I broke the glass shelf while washing in hot water...too hot

Water Valve was leaking water and not making ice
I unplugged the fridge and unscrewed the back cover,unscrewwd the two screws holding the water valve in place and the water line to the ice maker and the electrical connection and install the new water valve,then buttoned everything back up and plugged the fridge back in and it is working great,making ice as normal.

Refrigerator Light bulb went out
I replaced the bulb using my hands to twist the bulb in the socket located at the top of the refrigerator.

freezer frosting over,fridge warm
removed ice maker,,and screws holding back of freezer cover,unplugged wires and removed the cover and fan.wow,only wire to element had come unplugged!went ahead and replaced thermostat,and defrost timer,both were easy to do

Fridge made a hellacious noise and wasn't cooling well
From discussions with friends, I determined the problem might be easy to fix. The fridge made a lot of noise, but the compressor DID come on, and inside the freezer was cold, but the main fridge was warming.
After unplugging the fridge, I removed the fan assembly in the freezer (there were about 4 nuts and a couple of plugs to uncouple.
I could see right away the fan blades has broken off, but the motor looked good. The new new fan pushed easily onto the shift and fit perfectly in the housing.
I reinstalled the fan assembly, plugged in the fridge, and right away heard the new fan come on - very quietly. What was a roar became a whisper and the fridge was down to 38 degrees with a few hours.

Loosened 2 wall screws
Remove old ice maker
Installed new one reversing process
