Just snapped the item into place.

A single screw holds the part in place. The ONLY challenge is seating the new slide so that the screw hole in the glide matches the hole in the support assembly. Initially setting the glide into place mismatched by about 1/16 of an inch toward the back of the refrigerator. Firmly grasping the new part after mating it to the two receivers on the support assembly, pull it toward you until it clicks into place. The screw should mate cleanly to the new part without any difficulty. Make sure you get the right or left side part, as they are not interchangeable.

This was the easiest thing to repair in my house! All I needed to do was to snap the appropriate new shelf in the place where the prior piece was and we were back in business. A caveat to anyone else who might try it-get your Mfgr/model number straight as well as measure the length of the shelf to be replaced. Since my brand was not listed in the pull-down menu for replacements, the first time I ordered the shelf replacement piece, I ordered the shelf that looked exactly like the one I was replacing however the replacement was a few inches too small! Ordered and replaced

Simply removed screw from old rail, inserted it into new rail and connected the rail to the old shelf. A very easy fix and a money saver. Local techs wanted $75 just to come out and look at the problem. Local parts places didn't stock the part and gave an estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks with a price $12 higher than you guys. I received the part from your company well within the promised maximum 5 day delivery time - 3 days! Thanks, you have a repeat customer.

I cleaned off the shelf that the drawer hangs from and removed it from the fridge. I took the philips head screw from the back of the broken support rail. Put the new one on, screwed it in and replaced the shelf and drawer.

The first thing I did was to remove all the food from the shelf above the drawer. I removed the old support rail that is attached at the rear of the shelf by one phillips screw. I installed the new support and secured it. Partselect was a great place to purchase the part and they shipped the part quickly.

As others have noted: this is an easy repair. I spent more time clearing all of our containers of yogurt that the actually "repair."

This is a good opportunity to clean the glass shelf and so I did that after removing it. Unscrewed the back support screw, removed old rail, and installed new one. (I just used the old screw as it seemed to be in good shape).

the repair was simple but the real story was the easy to read blow up diagram of the refridgerator after I entered the model no. Everything was numbered and I new exactly what I was ordering.
I will definatley buy here again.

Took longer to clear the top shelf to remove it from the refrigerator to do the repairs. Super easy!
