Broke my shelve glass

Ordered glass from Parts Select on Saturday , was delivered Tuesday , snap it on and that was it... No need to buy new fridge .. Awesome !!!!

Had to replace refrigerator door shelf bin

Broken glass insert

Only required opening the box and inserting the glass shelf into the shelf frame. I was very impressed with the quick delivery and quality packaging. The website was extremely easy to maneuver.

My son's head collided with the top door shelf bin.

The old bin snapped where it attached to the door. The best part was that I ordered on Thursday and the part arrived on Friday via Ground shipping. WOW! Snapped it into place in about 3 seconds.

Old shelf snap-in section broke on one side.

Broken glass shel

After removing the broken glass, the new shelf slid into place easily. I only had to make sure it rested in the front slot that prevents it from sliding. The ordered shelf arrived within 4 business days and was perfect in all ways.

Shelf broke

Door shelf bracket broke

I read the model number on the inside of refrigerator label, ordered the part online from PartSelect. Part arrived in 24 hours. My daughter placed bracket onto fitting and repair was complete in less than 10 seconds.

I broke the Meat Pan while washing it

I ordered the replacement part on-line. When I received the part, I realized it was the wrong part. I contacted PartSelect and worked with the service representative, Julie H. She was excellent!! She determined that I had used an incorrect model number, and then she directed me to where I could find the correct number. She gave me clear directions on how to return the incorrect piece, and then sent me a UPS label to cover the shipping costs. Julie H was at all times, professional, friendly and very helpful!! Part that holds the meat pan broke.

Wasn't hard after I got the right part. Both left and right are decribed on order page as 42 and of course I order the (right)wrong side. Had to reorder (left)and got the correct side. Since the left side disintergated, I decided to keep the right side and replace both sides. Replacing was pretty much a breeze. Recently had to order a door shelf also. Replaced it in less than a minute. Delivery on these parts were great. Here in a matter of two days. Thanks parts replacement guys.

Door shelf broke..
